6th Grade Community Building Field Trip
Wednesday, September 12, 2018 8:10 AM

Justice Page Middle School 6th graders and staff will spend September 17 and 18 at Base Camp and Hyland Park/Three Rivers Park District doing activities that will support community building. Students will have opportunities to participate in various activities including rock wall climbing, archery, canoeing, geocaching, fishing, and disc golf.

What to bring
You should bring a bag lunch if you don’t plan on eating a school lunch. It is important that you dress appropriately for whatever the weather may be that day as all activities will take place outside.

Activities will take place rain or shine, so dress comfortably for movement. Include layers, rain jackets, and sweatshirts! Participants should have comfortable shoes that are good for walking on trails and potentially getting wet while canoeing or in case of rain.

Bring a water bottle and wear sunscreen, bug spray, hats, and sunglasses as needed.

FORMS AND PAYMENT WERE DUE BY TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 11! Students were given forms at school; you can also view and print the forms online here.

Please email your student’s Crew leader with any questions or concerns.
