Minnesota High School Cycling League

The Minnesota High School Cycling League is a state-wide co-ed club sport that is quickly growing with over 1000 participants expected this year. They recently expanded to include categories for middle schoolers in 7th and 8th grade.

Riders learn bike safety, road and trail etiquette, trail-side maintenance, fitness and nutrition, and technical skills needed to overcome obstacles on a mountain bike trail. All levels and abilities are welcome.

Practices are 2-3 times a week and run July-October. There are 5 races in September and October where riders challenge themselves to their greatest potential. If you would like more information on joining the middle or high school team, please contact Tonja Sahaydak by May 1, 2016.
